They answered our questions and were very responsive. Their service and communication was great. The floor system looks really nice â we love it and weâ ve gotten a lot of compliments on it. Some perks about this type of flooring: (1) The stairs have a great no-slip texture. (2) It looks much better than a plain epoxy or paint finish and easily as nice as the carpet we had previously. (3) The flake flooring in our basement is much warmer than I expected; certainly warmer than the ceramic tile we have in the bathroom. (4) Itâ s easy to take care of and the pattern in the flake doesnâ t show dust/dirt easily. (5) We quoted new carpet for other bedrooms in our house and that confirmed the pricing on the flake flooring system is reasonable, especially considering the durability of this flooring vs. carpet.
