"This company is shady and completely unresponsive. Signed a contract to have my work done Nov of 2021. Said it would be 6 weeks. I contacted the company after waiting 4 months to have my work done, I wanted to cancel the contract and have them reimburse me. I called multiple times with no response. I finally sent a later after 5 months informing them again, I do not want to do business with them. I finally received AN EMAIL response that they wouldn't cancel. Customer service is terrible and at this point, I am still waiting to be reimbursed from them. Highly recommend doing business elsewhere."

When connecting a gutter to a downspout, make sure that both have the same outlet capacity. Meaning starting from your gutter and moving downwards, the diameter should match so you have a secure seal. Make sure you’re working downwards when attaching the pipes (for example, the gutter fits inside the downspout) as doing the reverse will cause leaks.

Hire a gutter installation professional to install or replace your gutters. If you’re not sure where to begin your research, contact your roofing contractor. Most of them either have an in-house gutter technician or can provide trustworthy referrals to licensed gutter contractors. If you’re installing a specific type of gutter, such as fascia-style or seamless gutters, make sure the person you hire has experience in the specific installation.

If you don’t have the right gutter sizes installed, the water may not flow properly. Small gutters need a sharper slope to move the water faster before it can overflow. Larger gutters can hold more water if you must use a shallow slope on the length of the gutter. A gutter installer can provide advice on the right gutter size.
