Provided a quote that did not change throughout the entire process. Scheduled an installation appointment about 6 weeks later. We requested a change order that was dealt with expeditiously. Installers arrived on at the day and time as promised. Jon B. and Chris G. were professional and skilled. Demolition debris had to be removed by carrying it throughout our entire house and when finished, they left everything immaculate. Job involved a significant amount of demolition, re-routing of plumbing, addition of walls, water proofing an existing window, and installation of a walk-in shower with multiple shower heads. "Rich was here when he said he would be. He checked the walls for moisture and mold, He also checked the basement for any moisture
or water damage. He found a little moisture in one wall of the basement and suggested possible fixes that I was capable of doing.
Over all he suggested that the roofer placed the exhaust fan to low, and that could be possible problems in the future.
 I would definitely recommend Custom Craft Environmental to anyone who has mold or water damage.
