"They did what they say they would do and a little more. I just threw out a request to the two people who came to clean if they could also clean the backsplash for the hood and they actually did that with just a simple nod. The fan and motor units were cleaned better than any of the guys we have tried from our area. The only reason I am not doing the highest rating would be the fact that they didn’t clear the pre-payment part until we left the place to them in middle of night and they told us over the phone that if you don’t pay now we won’t do the job. I understand they had their concerns working with us for first time, but that could be cleared way up front."
