Excellent work and very detail oriented. Friendly and cooperative service team that completed the work. "I had mold all over in my west side of my basement they sealed and cleaned up the basement . My basement is clean and dry for two years now and is all painted. They did a Great job making sure everything was protected and finished to my liking !"

"We had water leaking through the frame of a basement window. Scott came and give a free estimate and did not oversell. Told me exactly what needed to be and the price was very reasonable. Scott also did some work on our garage and has always been prompt, professional and very easy to talk to. Would definitely recommend Scott for any basement repair needs."

"The insurance company hired another remediation company on our behalf, but I contacted Rich for another estimate/opinion. Rich provided me advice via phone on multiple occasions, told me what to look for and assured me that the other company was following industry standards. Ultimately Rich came to our house to potentially provide us with an estimate on the rebuild portion of the remediation. Although we could not use Custom Craft Environmental for this project, I would recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them in the future, based on Rich's knowledge, responsiveness and professionalism."
