"I was told what was wrong with the basement and what would be done to fix it. The crew was always on time and even though shorthanded the job was done in 4 days. They did a great job and cleanup was also excellent. I would advise everyone to give Everdry a call if you have problems with your basement."
"Outstanding customer service. Owners of business did the work. Quality job, cleaned up afterwards, followed up a few weeks after completion of job to be sure we were happy with job done. Would absolutely hire again. Most importantly they completed the project when they said they would, quality workmanship, all for the price they quoted us,"
"Acculevel did a super job for us! We have a house that was built in 1902 with a small crawl space. They fixed ALL our problems and did NOT have to tear up the floors. Our floors are level and stable. They were professional and neat. I would hire them for any basement or foundation issues you wont be sorry! 10 stars to the crew"

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."
In Wisconsin's climate, maintenance for concrete leveling focuses on protection from the elements. This includes regular sealing every 2-3 years to guard against freeze-thaw cycles and cleaning surfaces in spring to remove de-icing salt. It's also important to keep expansion joints clean and caulked and ensure proper drainage around slabs to prevent future settling from moisture.

Homeowners in Oshkosh make several key decisions during a concrete leveling project. You'll need to choose between mudjacking and polyurethane foam injection, a choice influenced by Wisconsin's freeze-thaw cycles. You also decide which areas to prioritize based on safety or budget, determine the project's timing within the short construction season, and plan for any necessary drainage improvements.

In Oshkosh, a seasonal routine is key. After winter, inspect for new cracks or settling from freeze-thaw cycles. During summer, monitor drainage during heavy rains. In fall, clear expansion joints and check for water pooling areas before winter. Winter monitoring involves watching for ice dams and salt damage, documenting issues for spring repairs. This proactive approach helps manage concrete health.

For a new homeowner in Oshkosh, prioritizing safety is the first step. Address uneven entrance walkways and steps to prevent falls, especially during icy winters. Also, consider leveling the driveway approach near the garage to avoid vehicle damage. Assessing drainage is critical due to the area's clay-heavy soil, which can cause significant settling around your foundation and flatwork.

As a home in Oshkosh ages, concrete leveling needs become more complex. In the first 10-25 years, you might see the first major settling in driveways. For mature homes (25-50 years), comprehensive projects involving multiple areas are common, sometimes requiring soil stabilization due to local clay conditions. Historic properties often face extensive settling that requires specialized repair techniques.
