"We had an attached screened-in porch that was sinking.Acculevel came in and detailed every aspect of the repair project and then followed thru to the most minuet detail. "Michael at Superior Waterproofing was a joy to deal with. We had a leak in our basement, and they gave us a quick and detailed quote while thoroughly explaining all our options. He wasn't pushy or sales-y and he patiently answered all our questions. It was a totally different experience than with the bigger company we got a quote from, where they tried to steer us toward a very expensive option. They did the work quickly and without making a mess. Every employee we interacted with was great. I think I was most impressed by Michael's willingness to answer any and all questions over text.
