"He was excellent. Oscar and I scheduled a date and time and was prompt. We assessed the situation, which in my case was a toilet installation, by taking measurements and figuring out what parts were needed. We went to the store and were careful to not get the wrong thing and he installed the toilet perfectly. He was very professional and I could deduce he had much experience.
