Vacuuming was average at best.  He got the obvious dirt but did not go out of his way to do a real good job.  The wash was good.  The drying and detailing was again average.  they do the obvious but do not get into the real details.  After I use up the 6 times I bought I probably will not return.

I dropped the machine off and the guy who took it wasn't sure if they could do anything to fix my machine. However, they went above and beyond and in a couple of weeks I was vacuuming with the best of them. Definitely a place to go to get things done right.
