"I put cleaning services/maid services. he does cleaning only we don't need a maid service.. She cleans the kitchen sinks, appliances. cupboards, and the floor. She cleans both bathrooms , including floors. etc. She cleans the two bedrooms, dusting, vacuuming (throughout the apartment 1250 square feet) etc. She dusts all of the doors and radiators. "The exterior wasn't as clean as I thought it should've been. All my windows now have a foggy film on them and will need to be cleaned (which isn't easy to do) there was alot of debris left on the decks. I thought that by paying 2x what others were going to charge the job would've been better. The product is garanteed for 2 years I will see how it lasts and how the company stands behind the product."

Sonic Cleaning questions, answered by experts

If you’re painting your home or monitoring a job as it’s being completed, squash the issue ASAP if you notice paint is getting onto the roof. Keeping it clean is one of the keys to extending your roof’s life.

Removing latex paint before it dries is much easier and lowers the risk of damaging your shingles (more on that below). Simply spray the spot with a hose for one to two minutes to clear away the drying paint. In general, this is a good way to remove ugly stains from your roof without using chemicals.

The cost depends on roof size, pitch, accessibility, and contamination extent. A steep roof or extensive moss growth may raise the price.

Roof raking helps clear snowfall from your roof and, in turn, you hope that this prevents ice dams. But can roof raking actually cause them? Generally, no, it cannot. But you should note that while, in some cases, you might successfully prevent ice dams from forming near the edge of your roof by keeping it cleared with a roof rake, they could still form higher up on the roof, where you are unable to reach. This may leave you wondering: Does roof raking prevent ice dams? While it is not a 100% guaranteed way to prevent them, it does help.

It is a bad idea to try to walk on a roof with snow on it. In fact, you should stay off your roof all year long, even when it is dry and sunny outside. There are too many things that can go wrong, and one misstep can cause serious injury or even death.

Rather, if you need to get something done on your roof, call in a pro. They have the right experience and know-how to get things done safely on a snowy roof, including snow removal.

No, you should not pressure wash or power wash roof shingles, including asphalt shingles. The high water pressure from these machines is too strong and can damage the shingles by forcing water underneath, loosening their adhesive, and causing them to fall off. A safer and better alternative is soft washing with a pump sprayer. To ensure the job is done safely without causing damage, it is best to hire a local roof cleaner.
