"Ken was fantastic from start to finish. I hired him to remove an old basketball hoop, pour new cement, and install a new one. The job turned out to be much tougher than expected—the old cement was nearly impossible to break up and the clay ground was hard to dig deeper for the required dept —but Ken handled it like a pro, using a jackhammer and digging through hard clay soil without complaint. Despite the extra work and materials needed, he stuck to his original price even when I asked to pay him more, which speaks volumes about his integrity. He returned a few days later to assemble the hoop, and the final result was perfect—every measurement was spot-on. Ken went above and beyond, and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again. "We hired Cain to do work in our basement in November 2024, in January, he informed us that they were not doing any work any longer and the money we gave him as a down payment would be returned in a few days, it is now April and we have not seen those funds returned. We have found out since that he has a history of taking money under one company name, then stopping after he has your money and opening a new company name. We will be filing a claim against Cain and his companies to recover the money he has taken. We have contacted him many times and not received any response from him. This is a buyer beware company. I would look for someone else before working with him again"
