He texted the day off to confirm , arrived on time in a company jacket and was very professional and cordial. They agreed to move a heavy chair to the basement, (an add-on to the original project), were respectful about avoiding any damage to the walls, etc. and were done quickly. "I called the service because I had some old gross stuff left behind in the basement. I wasn't sure how it would go, but I needed to have it OUT. So I made an appointment for a Saturday morning. The company called to comfirm and then called to let me know they should be at my home shortly, because the weather had changed to heavy rain. I can not say enough!!
