Before i could checl the work, the group left my house. I spoke with the owner after the completion, letting him know I was not satisfied & the steaming did not happen. He made things right & sent the entire crew back to complete the steam cleaning. He did not charge me more than the initial quote. I definitely appreciate the effort to make things right as he had initially sold his services. The workers on site were very friendly."
