Bruce came out and measured the deck I needed power washed and stained and showed me color choices. He then setup an appointment with me and his crew actually arrived as planned. They used quality materials. After the deck dried there were some patches that didn’t absorb the stain as well as other spots. I talked to Bruce about my concerns. He came out immediately and agreed that it needed a second coat. The crew came back. I was so pleased with the way this company stood behind their work and wanted it to be perfect. "The cleaners did an excellent job in cleaning the carpet and attempting to remove all darkened areas in the carpeting. There were a few areas that they were unable to remove completely, but it appeared that those areas wouldn't come clean anyway. They did forget to clean the storage area at the entrance of the apartment, but this was not an issue as that room is being re carpeted."
