"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

Water Source Heating and Cooling has been providing geothermal heating, cooling, and radiant floor heat systems in western Wisconsin since 1983.

"Installation went fine and efficiently. Problem is after-sale service. I had a zone control go out, and wanted a filter in the dehumidifier replaces. Called them in early november. They were too busy t come out. Told me it would be a while before they could do it. In late December I called again. They would not give me a date to come out, only that they were "very busy." It is now mid february, I have gone most of the winter with one zone controller not working. I would not recommend this company. They are swift on new sales and installation, but will not come back when you have issues."

Consider these downsides when determining if solar panel installation costs are worth it.

Not all homes are suited for solar panel systems. Older roofs or those in poor condition may need repairs or replacement before solar panels can be installed. Some other factors to consider are the amount of sunlight your roof receives, the roof’s orientation and pitch, and any shading from nearby trees or buildings.

It’s possible to install solar on a tar and gravel roof, but it’s far from the best roofing material for solar. Solar installations require roof penetrations, and although your solar installer will seal the holes, they still increase the risk of roof leaks.
