He responded to my request within an hour, we texted on a Wednesday and he agreed to come by our home to inspect the damage the following Monday. He did so, provided an immediate and fair price and started and completed the project the following week. He communicated status while doing the work, brought tarps and kept things neat and clean, and did an awesome job on a difficult ceiling patch. We now just need to paint and we’ll be done. "It was such a pleasure dealing with them. I spoke with Rich who was very reassuring. He even texted back to me in the evening when I texted him in a moment of panic. He assigned Justin to my case who arrived even earlier than scheduled, He listened to me--at times I was a little hyper because I was so worried. Asked if he could remove tiles. Explained what he saw. Used a tool to measure moisture in various areas like ceiling, paneling, etc. Shared what he believed to be the issue. Cleaned up the moldy patch and sprayed a larger area to disinfect. Gave me instructions on how to manage and watch area to avoid mold in the future. Super professional. If I recall right I believe this is a company with vets and those willing to serve, but are unable. That appealed to me. They have had my back so I am happy to have theirs. God bless. "The technician emptied the freezer, which was in the basement, to work on the part that needed repair. Then he neglected to put anything back into the freezer, including a turkey I had bought for Christmas and a rack of ribs. Two days after he left, I went out of town for two weeks. The turkey actually exploded and spewed its liquid all over everything, which had to be discarded. I let AHS know and they couldn't even bother to call me or follow up on this. I'm considering not renewing my contract with them because of the quality (or lack thereof) of many of the providers they send."

"From start to finish the entire crew led by Brian were amazing!  They were prompt and worked all day and cleaned up after themselves.  They took the time to educate us on what was being done.  I loved their friendly attitude and could not be happier.  Brian even replaced my old bird feeder and put up a bird house for me even though it was not in the contract!  Now talk about Midwest hospitality.  I would highly recommend Hip and Ridge Construction for any future projects!  Todd kept every promise and then some!  We live in Los Angeles and have our vacation home is located up in North Western Wisconsin.  I was blown away with the service and how fast everything got done.  I also know they did an exceptional job because a visiting friend in the same business stated so!  Todd the owner even checked up on us several times just to make sure we were enjoying our vacation and if we needed anything at all!  Talk about A+ service!  They offered us financing and made the entire process easy! We were hesitant about hiring someone to replace our roof and Todd made the process a confident decision!  
I also loved how personable he and his crew were.  They are truly a top notch construction crew and I would also like to add I know a thing or two about customer service!  I have served in Law Enforcement for over 20 years now and I appreciate the honesty and transparency the entire staff provided.
