They handled it of total care and stored it in our garage with all the very long trim pieces for installation next day. "Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"I called because my pottery kiln was not working, I thought it was just a problem with my breaker.  I was wrong! After checking power in my studio I found out that half of my studio was not getting power and my 220 outlet were only putting out 110 power(not Good)
I called K&N services and told them this was an urgent problem . He said he would stop in the next day and HE DID After checking out my electrical box he discovered that my main breaker was out. This could have ended upa $1300.00 because my electrical box is an outdated model . He went to several electrical supply houses and found one for my outdated electrical box, saving me a ton of money. He was fast, courtious, and saved me a lot of money. This not the kind of service I am used to recieving , I will use him for all future work on my home and studio, Including a new roof in spring.
