"Jay and his crew are the guys for your job! They exceeded our expectations and then some. Jay was always responsive to all our communications via email, usually responding even after hours and on weekends. The guys that worked in our house were very respectful of our space and cleaned up very nicely after themselves. Not only did they do what we asked, but they also addressed an unrelated issue when working in our house. We hired them for basement remodeling, and they looked at our leaking bathroom vent. This team is amazing, no doubt about it!"

"If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Apart from the first call, all other interactions with Evolution Drafting were a bait & switch. From the appt. date for site tech to measure my home, to the experience and skill set of the tech that was sent, to the lack of communication, the experience was awful. Deadlines were not met, no explanation or apology given; only excuses and partial/incorrect work was sent, seemingly in an attempt to appease me. When I did finally receive the initial two drafts of the "as-is" drawing, they had not even captured the exterior deck and facade (windows, doors, garage, etc.) at all, and this was noted from the beginning as the primary scope of work and primary reason for hiring them. Further, nearly every dimension in the "as-is" drawings that they sent me, was incorrect. Existing doors, walls, windows were missing in two iterations of the as-is drawings; delaying the ability to share the concept and desired renovation scopes until there was a correct baseline. The deposit paid was a complete waste as I waited 3+ weeks for the site tech's visit, then the drawings did not start until 3 days before the next milestone set was due to me. In checking dimensions like the length of my existing kitchen, placement of the main entry door to the home, etc., I found all of them to be incorrect. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They were dishonest, did not pay their site tech vendor on-time, causing him to contact me with threats of leaning the project before we even had drawings to submit to the city and the management and project coordinators made promises that they did not even attempt to keep or follow-up on promised communications."

As we explained our plans, he asked questions but never said we won't be able to do that or change our minds to do something we didn't want. We had them remove four windows and replace 3 of them them were able to get exactly the windows we wanted. Took out two walls and opened up the room. Opened a walkway into the bathroom. Moved an intake vent. Painted, layed tile, converted bathtub into shower. We were very happy with the results. My wife loves her new master bedroom."
