He was transparent on the estimate and called me when amything came up, such as huge bee/yellow jacket nests. They were easy to work with and acco.dated my spwcial meeds.. "Reviews were only mediocre about Colonial, but thought I'd give them a try. Wish I hadn't... They came out and sprayed for weed control, 6700 sq. ft. of lawn and did it all in less than 10 minutes, including dragging hose out and putting away. 2 weeks later only about 20% of weeds were wilting. Had to have them come back out for a 2nd application, of which they charged me for, shouldn't have and didn't refund my payment. They also sprayed for Crabgrass control on a separate occasion and again 2 weeks later, only about 20% of Crabgrass was wilting. Had to have them come back out and spray again. They weren't supposed to spray the Bent grass in the lawn and did it anyway, now dead spots all over my back lawn. Could not be more disappointed in my experience."
