Chris does a fantastic job--he is expert is all things being bugs and rodents. Last time he time he was out he did some extra spraying to deal with a big ant colony in our sprinkler system control box. We also have problems with hornets and wasps and Chris has helped us to with early spring preemptive strategies. I would highly recommend Senske for pest control!

They were awful and missed a lot of the lawn. The price depended on what they did and they were comparable to everyone else. I would never use them. They would come out and not take very long to spray the grass. We had weeds where they weren't spraying it. I had patches of bad grass that had weeds in it.

The cost depends on what you have done. They do lawn care. They do fertilizing, weed, and seed, but it is a big truck that has a big hose and they spray your yard and stuff. The workers are very good. My experience with them was fine. They just show up and do it whether you are home or not. It does not have to be an appointment. They just come and do it. Then, they send you a bill. I have used them for probably two years.

The cost was on a Special so it cost me $300. What stands out the most about them is the quality of their service and reliability. They are very responsive.

Did a great job.  Colonial did a great job in causing the least amount of lawn disruption when installing pipes.

This was their first visit. I am pleased because our lawn is one of the greenest on the block. Any question or concerns I had were answered via a call center in Kennewick, wa. But they were pretty helpful. An account specialist came to our home the first visit to help us figure out an appropriate watering schedule and address all of my concerns with our newly seeded lawn and front sod. For us it was less money to pay senske rather than us buy Scotts weed n feed and apply ourselves. Also I have used their bug spray services in the past on our home for black widow spiders and it works 100 times better than the Ortho Home defense spray from Home depot.

I was really pleased with them. I think the price was reasonable. I've been happy with them. They did a nice job with the last thing they did for me. I haven't had any spider webs on my windows since so they must have done a good job. They're good. I'm happy with them.

Things went fine to start but the aeration didn't happen. I made two appointments, staked out the underground irrigation system but they were still no shows. Repeated phone calls, if answered were always told that and quot;someone would get back to youand quot; someone never did.
At the end of the season, we realized that we had paid for all 8 spray applications. Repeated phone calls to Senske were either not returned or not responded to.
At the beginning of 2012 they contacted me. I expressed my displeasure with their service and was told once again that I would receive a free application if I paid for 8. Asked them to send me an estimate, no response.
As far as I am concerned, these people are dishonest.

We hired Senske in the spring of 2012. We wanted them to spray the lawn and trees. We also wanted the lawn aerated. At the time we hired them we were promised that if we purchased the complete package, we wold get one free spraying. After checking our invoices against the dates when they were here, we discovered that the free spraying we were promised never happened. We specifically staked out he location of the sprinkler system for the lawn aeration, but they just never showed, twice. Finally gave up on that.. We made three calls to Senske to inquire as to why the free spraying never happened, each time we were informed that the person we needed to talk to was and quot;outand quot; but would return our call. Never got a call back.
In spring of 2013 someone from Senske called as asked if we wanted the same service as last year. I informed them of my displeasure with their service and said i was not going to use them again. I received another call from them, I lined out what happened the previous year, they once again offered a free spray and a reduced price. I said OK, but I want it in writing. The person I talked to assured me he would send this to me, I never heard anything from them again.
When we originally hired them, I went around and pointed out the weed problems that I wanted taken care of. The sales person assured me everything I wanted would be no problem. The same weeds were still alive and thriving in the yard in the fall after the last spraying.

We have just started the year's service, so are discovering scheduled service flexibility. The people are professional and accommodating.

The core aeration was done on time and took about 25 minutes. The young man was courteous and professional. The spraying for bugs was delayed due to windy and rainy weather. We recieved a call explaining the delay. So far, service the service is good.

They were wonderful people. We never had pests because they did a wonderful job. They had a product that they used to green up our grass, and I thought that was just wonderful. I would definitely recommend them.

My tree doesn't drip so I assume they know what they are doing.

Senske Lawn and Tree Care is the highest price there is. They are the most expensive in town and they did not provide the quality of work their competitor did. Their responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism are excellent but I would not use them again because of the price.

They did a good job.

We had a little bit of difference in the price. The salesman gave us one price, and the bill had a different price. We went ahead and paid it. I think they really need to be in contact with their salespeople. Other than that, we don't have any problems. Things seem to change after they've been here. I would use them again.

They were prompt and professional and did good lawn care work at a reasonably price. I intend to use this company in the future.

SENSKE LAWN and TREE CARE INC

Senske Lawn and Tree Care, comes out every 3 or 4 months. They are reliable, come when they said they will and they do the job. My trees were dying and they came out really quick to treat them and are doing it annual and my trees seems to be doing better.
