"Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Called to inquire about a product - was told it was available. Stated I would be in the next day to pick up. Went in - several men standing around the counter. Asked for the product and was told "We don't have any of that." Could see several pallets and trucks with the product sitting right outside. They asked if we'd scheduled to pick up the product - answered that we had called and were told it was available. No response to this from the employees at the counter. Will take our business elsewhere and advise others to do the same."
