Took things out of yard thst were unaffected like metal plant stands to pad their bill. Micategorized many many items items to pad their bill. Balnk picture w description of "decor". They will get over 100k of policy money while i get 48k due to their padding and not including my most expensive items. Estmate of belongings was off by 120k. Wanted to hire public adjuster but yhey threatened to quit. I now have hire a public adjustor who will take 10% of total. Do jot hire them, they are incompetent. Work stopped for a week while one person went on vacation and worker brought a toddler to run around house unsupervised."
