"Hi Robert, I am sorry to hear that we were not able to bring a positive resolution to your overall experience, though we tried to work together once we were aware there were some concerns. I am aware that your final invoice was higher than your original estimate, you did a great job documenting and we did adjust your invoice accordingly. I know that we had to create a temporary replacement of the subfloor in order to make the space safe until rebuilt. We are not rebuilding contractors and the subfloor was never intended to be the final work, as that is work that needs to be done by the contractor - and is ultimately what happened. Though it sounds like that probably was not communicated. I know there were some communication issues and I agree there is always room for improvement. The project manager that oversaw your project is no longer with the company, and we are always working to address concerns and make positive changes. We value your feedback and hope you understand we have every desire to make things right, within our power.
