"My 20 year old furnace died on a cold Thursday evening and I got online to find a company to replace it. After entering my contact info, I immediately received a text message from the company's owner, Casey, making himself available for me if I wanted to talk by phone. I had him call me, and he checked in to see what the problem was, what I wanted to do, and to be sure I had heat for the evening. He even offered to drive space heaters to my home if needed, even though he was at least 45 minutes away. He then scheduled to meet with me at my convenience the next day to look at my home and discuss options. During the meeting, Casey was very personable, knowledgeable,and professional about the products and services his company offered and helped me design a heating/air conditioning system to replace my old, inefficient furnace and wall a/c and insulate existing ducts. He also referred me to my utility company to see if rebates were available, which there were. The workers who installed the products were pleasant, professional, and skilled and ensured that their work met the city's requirements so that I was eligible for the rebate. "Roberto was the technician and he was very professional, polite, and personable. He inspected the rest of our system and told us things that needed to be changed or repaired. He showed me pictures of everything. Everything he told me about was accurate. He quoted me a price for R38 insulation , Some of our ducts were plastic and he recommended them to be changed. I agreed completely and didn't know they were plastic. I would have had them done the work but I had no price comparisons to make and besides I didn't have the money right then. So he just finished the vent cleaning and left his card. He did a great job on the vent cleaning and was happy with the work."

"My normal 'contractors' told me it would be 3 weeks before they could do the jobs that I was looking at, but Brian did it in one day, and right when he said he would. Also, the job cost less than half as much as 'the other guys'. Brian was courteous, personable, and knowledgable, taking time to make sure that the issue that he had discovered with the job were shown and explained to me. The ONLY reasons I gave a 4 instead of a 5 for work quality is that I was not going to crawl under my mobile home to see exactly how he had done the heat wrapping and insulation of the pipes there (else I would also say 4.5 stars), and that the latch for the side door installed had a different system than one I was looking for (but that really was the stores issue, not his, as they did not have the actual parts needed)."
