I had a little trouble with the battery. I don't know what the prices were somewhere else. They were good at being responsible.

They're very reliable, and they're close by. My son took it in one day, and he got it back the second day.

Instead of providing the services that I thought I wanted they offered to inspect the vehicle to see what it needed. The list of needed services did provide valuable information regarding the vehicle.

I think it is quite good. They are a little high on the pricing, but the service is good. I have just gone here for maintenance, nothing major. I have bought 4 cars from here over the years, and would recommend them for that.

Problem observed was the "see dealer" indicator. Computer status readout showed indications of battery problems. They ordered the battery and scheduled the replacement for a couple days later. Based on mileage, the fuel injectors were replaced also. Service was timely and well done, and cured the problem with no need for follow-up.

Very friendly, set me up in a loaner, did a diagnostic check to see what was needed/ advised on the work and cost and did it very professionally. I felt like we were in really good hands.

Went very well. Car came out looking like new. Made recommendations on how to keep the car looking clean and shiny.

I called around the area for a Prius with the extra audio and lights options but not leather. They had exactly what I wanted and had the lowest price. They even beat the lowest financing I could find online. No pressure. Great place.

We went to purchase a Toyota Tacoma. We live local and we like to shop local and we knew what we wanted. The gentleman that "helped" us seemed disinterested and board and took his time. We spent a lot of time waiting around for him. Not a deal breaker, but the last time, when we were ready to purchase the Tacoma, he left us sitting long enough that we looked around for him. He was helping another customer and taking them out to look at a car. He had a sale with us, but we weren't sure if he noticed that we left. We purchased a new Toyota Tacoma from Doxon in Renton

We called Burien Toyota Scion on a Friday evening and told them we had 18,500 in cash and wanted to know if they'd accept that for a 2010 Prius II they had on the lot. The salesman, Roger Stone, said that would work. I asked him specifically if that price would work again and told him that I didn't want to drive down from Seattle if they were going to give me a different price when we got there and he said 18,500 would work. Well, we got down there and Roger Stone passed us on to a nice salesman that took us for a test drive and talked to us about the Prius hybrid system. We told him the exact conversation we had with Roger, which we reminded Roger of when we arrived, and he said he'd take that to the sales manager. Needless to say, they jerked us around on the price and finally said 20,000 was their absolute lowest offer. I asked them what happened to the agreed upon 18,500 from the phone call, and the sales manager said that the sales people essentially have no knowledge of how much they can sell the cars for, so we shouldn't have listened to Roger. So, they essentially lied to us to get us in there and then simply told us that's the way it works. I was reasonably p***** as I'd dragged my wife and 3 year old down to Burien and wasted 3 hours of our time. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Better yet, Roger Stone called me the next day to see if I was still interested. Clueless. We wound up getting an excellent deal from another dealership in Puyallup...that actually honored the price we agreed to on the phone.

They are very professional. Everything is on time. I get assigned to a service tech each time I go in. The waiting room is pleasant. Everything has always gone just as they said it would.

They were excellent. They didn't charge me anything since it's still under warranty. They were good and right on. I had no complaints with them. I had an appointment and they kept the appointment right on time. They told me they would have it done at a certain time and they had it done at a certain time. Everything seemed to be okay. The quality was good. I will continue to go because I am still under warranty as I bought the car through them.

I never had an issue with it. It has been going fine.

They got me in and the staff was friendly but sometimes the workers mess up the inside of your car, they have dirty hand prints on the upholstery, and I don't care for that part. I will continue to use them again in the future.

They did a good job. I feel their pricing was fair because I checked around at other places.

Charles took the time to explain and help me understand how to solve some problems with my car. He was very patient and didn't push me to buy things that I did not need (which he could have) And he went so far as to come outside and look at my car...even crawled into the back seat and fixed the seat latch leaver. I really appreciated his kindness and will shop at this store in the future

They are wonderful. I am sold on Toyota.

communication is a real problem for these people. I have had this problem before with them. I give up!

I spent over $500 for the last service. They are very good and that’s where I always buy my cars from. Their price is fair and I will always keep using them.

Overall they have been good. They have a dedicated oil change team and the managers of that group make an effort to give great service, in fact they even tell you outright that is their goal and that they hope you think they gave excellent service. The only reason I rate them down at all is that one time I had service here some minor amount of money was taken from my car (around $1 in change). I bet someone just wanted a soda, but that's completely unprofessional. I know for sure the change was taken when I took it into the shop as my vehicle has a holder for change, it was full when I took it in, but was loose and making a racket when I left!

My experience there was great. I think they actually listened and understood what I was looking for. They didn’t go overboard trying to sell other stuff; they listened to me and worked with me to get what I needed.

Through a car buying service, you select the make/model/year/trim of car and then it will direct you to a local dealer with a price they are supposed to honor. The price seemed fantastic, so I called Burien Toyota to make my appointment. When I spoke with the Sales Manager, he said that that wasn't the price, because what the site of the car buying service was quoting me was off the Limited "base" model and no Limiteds were actually shipped in the base configuration. I spoke to the car buying service and they said that basically the dealer was supposed to only charge me $300 over invoice (after rebate), so ask for the invoice pricing, which I did, but the price was still more than I was looking to pay. In the end, I was able to find another dealer who sold me the car, below invoice, without a fuss.
