Instead of providing the services that I thought I wanted they offered to inspect the vehicle to see what it needed. The list of needed services did provide valuable information regarding the vehicle.

I think it is quite good. They are a little high on the pricing, but the service is good. I have just gone here for maintenance, nothing major. I have bought 4 cars from here over the years, and would recommend them for that.

Problem observed was the "see dealer" indicator. Computer status readout showed indications of battery problems. They ordered the battery and scheduled the replacement for a couple days later. Based on mileage, the fuel injectors were replaced also.

I called around the area for a Prius with the extra audio and lights options but not leather. They had exactly what I wanted and had the lowest price. They even beat the lowest financing I could find online. No pressure. Great place.

We went to purchase a Toyota Tacoma. We live local and we like to shop local and we knew what we wanted. The gentleman that "helped" us seemed disinterested and board and took his time. We spent a lot of time waiting around for him. Not a deal breaker, but the last time, when we were ready to purchase the Tacoma, he left us sitting long enough that we looked around for him. He was helping another customer and taking them out to look at a car. He had a sale with us, but we weren't sure if he noticed that we left. We purchased a new Toyota Tacoma from Doxon in Renton

They were excellent. They didn't charge me anything since it's still under warranty. They were good and right on. I had no complaints with them. I had an appointment and they kept the appointment right on time. They told me they would have it done at a certain time and they had it done at a certain time. Everything seemed to be okay. The quality was good. I will continue to go because I am still under warranty as I bought the car through them.

They got me in and the staff was friendly but sometimes the workers mess up the inside of your car, they have dirty hand prints on the upholstery, and I don't care for that part. I will continue to use them again in the future.

Charles took the time to explain and help me understand how to solve some problems with my car. He was very patient and didn't push me to buy things that I did not need (which he could have) And he went so far as to come outside and look at my car...even crawled into the back seat and fixed the seat latch leaver. I really appreciated his kindness and will shop at this store in the future
