They stood out the best with location and were right here locally. I have gone in there before and the sales staffs were not pushy and wonderful. The lady that helped me had got clever because I was on the budget to replace the diamond. And my husband button heads with me on how much to spend. He does not understand the price in diamonds. Anyway, she worked extremely hard to stay within my budget and also they find the diamond a good quality diamond and it is a beautiful stone. I was really happy with the service that I got there. They were willing to work within your budget especially when it comes to rings and stuffed it. I have used them before because I have couple of diamonds in my wedding ring. That is actually how I went back to them. They have a good selection, willing to work within your prices, it gets to offer really good service from the time you walk in whether you buy anything or not, until the sale is final.

I purchased numerous pieces of jewelry in the past 10 years from Ben Bridges and have been happy. Most recently I purchased a Toscana bangle bracelet item number 10106722 and an oval length bracelet item number 10417340 both turned out to have faulty clasp closures. I spoke with Theresa Owens at the downtown store about the situation who consulted with Bill Wilcocks the manager. They called me back to offer a 15% discount on the items. I wrote two letters, one on October 18, 2009 and their response was the same that they would only offer 15% off and another April 26, 2010 to which I haven?t received a response. This is unacceptable; I would like full replacement of the faulty items. I have been happy with my experiences with this company in the past, but based on this one experience, I have chosen to give them a "F."

"We have contacted the customer with a fair resolution. The customer owned, wore and enjoyed both of these bracelets for many years; one was purchased in October 2004 and the other in December 2006 (documentation available). We have offered a special price to the customers to replace their lost items and have suggested they file a claim with their homeowners insurance. Our original offer still stands."

Ben Bridge is a great jewelery store. They always call to see how I like the jewelery and keep up with you. They are courteous, honest, and professional. They also take time to answer your questions and the quality of the jewelery is great.

It was great. I took my ring in to have my prongs checked. The jeweler noticed that one was bent and they recommended re-tipping the prongs. They did the work, called me when it was finished and it cost exactly what they said it would. They did a beautiful job!
