Our company was founded by David Berger over thirty years ago and David has been selling table pads direct to the public for over forty years. We know our table pads and we know how to design the perfect fit the very first time.

1994 years of experience

Cutting Edge Custom Cabinets was founded in 1994. The owners of Cutting Edge have more than 100 years of combined cabinetry experience. We have built thousands of kitchens in all styles and in a wide variety of wood species. We have been published in national magazines and local media. Cutting Edge has produced award winning kitchens for the Street of Dreams, Parade of Homes and Tour of Remodeled Homes. Our primary business is kitchens and bathrooms, but we will also produce smaller jobs such as a home office, laundry room or entertainment centers. License: OR CCB 103222, WA Resellers Permit A05386813. All custom wooden cabinetry (no modulars), built to fit. Will finish, deliver and install. Open Saturday and evenings by appointment with sales representative. Additional phone: (877) 501-9628.

"Absolutely zero accountability exhibited by this company. Not only were cabinets delivered of the wrong dimension, they were also missing specifications that we talked in length about (no bead board backing and soft close hinges until I pointed them out as misses). New cabinets had to be made which extended the duration of the project which I the general contractor had to absorb financial repercussions for with ZERO compensation from them to help right the expenditures of the project. After second cabinets were made, they were rushed (which was shown in the finished product such as blown out nails, mis aligned face frame etc.) and still a critical aspect of the design were flagrantly missed. Pictures detail the work. Face frame needed to be tucked into a groove in the stone work which was explicitly detailed from the outset of the project. This company is quick to send an invoice, even before the product is fully installed but plays the finger point game for days/weeks without any haste for a solution besides threatening to lein my customers home. Clients had to compromise on a horrible experience with this company plus all of the aspects of poor execution while no compensation was offered what so ever. CECC still charged full price and asserted they do great work and that without sending anyone to even set eyes on the project they were fully preparing to execute a lein for non payment. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS"

Ben's Roofing and Custom Gutters LLC (BRCG)is a General Contractor servicing the Walla Walla Valley in eastern Washington state and outlying areas. Ben's (BRCG) offers customers reliable, experienced and professional work. Over nine years in business with over 40 years in crew construction experience. BRCG's Mission Statement is to build and construct at equal or above code and exceeding manufacturers expectations. What makes BRCG different from most contractors is preformance. How that is achieved is by using a proven system. BRCG pays lead men bonus incentives for quality work, and skilled crew people are paid hourly rates. Most contractors pay what is known as "Piece Work", each piece installed is paid at given rate. It is no stretch at all then that the faster the worker goes the more he gets paid...quality then often becomes a lower priority. Be it Roofing, Framing or installing gutters or doors BRCG is focused on "getting it right the first time" and we are "Proffessonals caring for your Home". That includes protecting shrubery from roof debris, right down to doing the final clean up. For us the jobs not done until the "little things" are taken care of! We know their are other good companies out there, but our track record and references should be a help so that when chosen, we have the opportunity to put proof to our words. Thank you Angies list! You rock! Some companies have advetisings paid for by contractors and call it an unbiased evaluation; that is pretty close to a "conflict of interest". If you follow the money trail then, what is the motivation to tell the truth about a contractor when he is paying you? Angie's List is not going to be bought off! Hats off to Angie!

"This company is outstanding. They gave us an estimate quickly and respected our budget. Their workers were friendly, on-time, and did excellent work. They handled our problem (water leak from kitchen sink valve before wood floor had been sanded and finished) with gracious immediacy so that our timeline was not interrupted."

Woodworking questions, answered by experts

Rather than using a common two-by-four piece of wood for a rafter, you probably will use two-by-six, two-by-eight, two-by-ten, or even two-by-twelve boards. Wider lumber is typically a better choice in a larger building as it provides more sturdiness. Some installers may use wider lumber for rafters near the edges of the roof, where the greatest stress occurs, and save money with narrower lumber toward the middle.

Pallet wood can withstand all kinds of outdoor weather conditions, which is part of why pallet fences are so appealing to DIY-ers. You can weatherproof the wood further before you paint or stain it, as well. Pallet fences are low-cost, easy to install, and can withstand sun and rain exposure without rotting.

Although dependent on the type and size of lumber, most 2-by-4-by-8-foot pieces of lumber cost anywhere from $3 to $6. Softwood lumber like pine falls on the lower end of the spectrum, while hardwood lumber like oak or walnut falls on the higher end. Different retailers and lumber yards can also vary in price, so it helps to shop around to compare prices.

Carports can actually increase property value. It often only increases the value by a few %, but the value can increase if you design your carport thoughtfully and with an eye for utility. For instance, a carport with storage space or a workshop will be more valuable than one without it.

There are both temporary and permanent ways to enclose a carport. If you’re looking to enclose your carport for the winter, a canvas enclosure could do the trick. It won’t be as protective as a permanent structure, but it can offer some protection from elements like snow, rain, and wind. For a permanent enclosure, you can add extra walls, add a new vertical roof, or a lean-to addition on one side of the structure.
