He finished on time and the price was very affordable compared to others we had priced out for the same service, although honestly we received quotes from non-carpentry refinishing masters. The whole story is I hired Donnie based on email communications from another state, I am TX and he is in WA, on my mothers behalf who needed this work done in her home. Joe came back out and redid the whole carpet, he also apologized, never complained, and wouldn't take any more money for the job he re-did. Excellent service and communication.
