"went very well. service was prompt, work was completed efficiently, thoroughly, and timely. everything was explained beforehand during bid in such a way that even someone who knows nothing about the work involved could understand. honest people who know what they are doing. treated our residents with respect. and help to maintain a safe path for them to travel through our main entrance. if you need the services they offer these are the ones to do it. fair pricing as well. only ones I found that actually guarantee the work they do for this type of job."

"I needed a garden path from my house to my art studio, and I wanted it to match the concrete path already going from my house to the garage. Not a big job, but American Concrete Construction was willing to take it on. Their main guy, Sinisia Moli, came right out one day to evaluate the job, then returned the next day to survey, dig out the path, frame it, and put in rebar. Cement was poured the following day. And now I have my garden path. Which, incidentally, matches the other, much older path perfectly. ... Sinisia Moli of American Concrete Construction is a man of experience, good aesthetics, and common sense. He is also friendly, upbeat, and generally a pleasure to have around. Best of all, unlike so many of his colleagues who work in various construction trades, Moli talks to women. He doesn’t insist on talking to your husband. ... "They did a real good job. They were real professional. We can now open the garage door from the inside of the house and now it is so smooth that we have to check to see if we hit the button to open it or close it.  Before we used to know when it was opening or closing because it used to make a noise. There is no real alternative to underpinning, although mudjacking and polyjacking are other repair methods that can add support from underneath your foundation. Rather than placing supportive piers under your structure, these involve pumping a material under your slab to lift a sunken section back into its original position. Polyjacking, in particular, is sometimes a suitable solution for stabilization issues under slab foundations, but underpinning is often accepted as the best and most permanent solution.

Generally speaking, push piers—or steel piers—are the best option for underpinning, as they reach down to solid bedrock to find support for your foundation rather than relying on soil, which could be subject to the same issues as the soil directly below your foundation.
