"the first response was quick and the tech arrived on time, looked at the issue and said, "here's the issue (replace outlet)and here's how much it will cost to fix." I decided I could take care of that myself. However, my fix didn't work. so I called to have them come out and perform the work. The morning of the scheduled repair, I get a call to confirm (thank you) and was told the cost would include the dispatch fee, diagnosis charge and whatever the cost to fix the problem. My response was that they already diagnosed the issue and even told me how much it would cost to fix. When I explained that they had already given me the diagnosis and cost, I was told, "no sir, we've gone over the paperwork and also record our calls (illegal, by the way, without out telling the other party). After a short "discussion" I asked them to please just come out and do what needs to be done. Which they did. The work was done and the techs were polite. My only advice to future customers (and I say this about any contractor) is to get everything in writing."
