Inland Roofing & Supply, Inc.AMAZING! Hayden showed up on time and gave me the run down on the life expectancy of the roof. Showed me areas that would have potential to leak and how to fix them without charging me anything. When the time comes to replace my roof; I will be calling Inland Roofing 100%!!!!- Kyle S.

Inland Roofing & Supply, Inc.They were very quick to get started on my roof, Hayden did a temporary repair where a tree branch had gone through the roof and it took less than 2 weeks for them to get started. The final product looks great. Their price was comparable to other quotes but the other companies had very long waiting times (3-5 months) before they could start.- Jessica G.
-
Inland Roofing & Supply, Inc.Excellent. They showed up when they said they would, worked full days of and did an amazing clean up when they were finished. If I had to do it again, I wouldn't bother with estimates from anyone else. They were great- Jean G.

Inland Roofing & Supply, Inc.Replacing the roof on our turn of the century craftsman home was a five star experience from the beginning to the finish. The bid we received was professional, complete and included areas of concern that could cause possible overages. Owners and employees were knowledgeable, professional, and clearly communicated at all stages of the process. The work was top quality. Inland Roofing and Supply is the epitome of a family owned business that has been in operation in the same community for several generations. Highly recommended.- Megan W.

Inland Roofing & Supply, Inc.The process from getting a bid to the finished roofing project was seamless. The communication between Inland Roofing and us was impeccable. We accepted their bid one week prior to Covid. We were kept informed the entire time of what the status was and when they possibly could begin work. Never once did we worry about anything. Before the project began, they communicated when and who would be on the job and what we were to expect well in advance so if we needed to prepare we had time. They began the work when they said they would and communicated through the entire job, what they were doing and if they were leaving and why. Hayden was the lead on our project and we cannot say enough good about the young man. They respected our property and never damaged anything. Always asked before they assumed. John, the owner, would not accept complete payment until he came out and expected the job. He wanted to be sure all shingles were sealing down as they should be and that our property was clean of any roofing material. We thought it would be a quick inspection but John spent an 1 1/2 looking our roof and gutters for a complete job. The company is top notch and honest!- Charlotte H.

Inland Roofing & Supply, Inc.John, the owner, and his son were fabulous to work with. They always fit me into their schedule in a timely manner, were super nice to work with, left the site clean, and kept all promises and commitments.- Barbara R.

Inland Roofing & Supply, Inc.Inspection couldn't have gone better. This guy is tops. Cleaned up mess left by the builder. Advised how to repair, where to purchase supplies. No attempt to up-sell. No "I'm too busy" body language, professional and polite. He seemed to care about a good job not the dollar.- Vern W.

Inland Roofing & Supply, Inc.The workers with Inland Roofing and Supply were very professional and timely throughout the whole process of residing our house. Our house looks great and we are very pleased with the job they did. They were also reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them to others.- Sara H.

Inland Roofing & Supply, Inc.From the beginning I was impressed by Mark from Inland's knowledge and expertise in quickly knowing what this roof needed. He pointed out the transition from the roof to the patio cover needed flashing added, before I had a chance to bring it up. This had been a source of leaks for years despite my attempts to fix it. He quickly made out an itemized list of all the things that he recommended be done to complete the project. Mark wrote up a proposal a of $ 6250 which did not include tax. and the cost of the Spokane County permit which turned out to be $236.74. Going into this I had no idea what the cost would be, and Inland's was the first of 3 estimates I got. I contacted them all based on their reviews on Angie's List. Inland's was not the cheapest bid I got. One other bid was quite a bit higher and the other pretty close to the one I chose. Mark was very easy to reach by e-mail, cell phone and communicated very well and promptly . There were several questions which I had for him, and there were several options he had for me. He was very open about the cost of options such as the additional roof vents, these were all listed in the proposal. There ended up being a problem getting the correct color of ridge cap as they had been discontinued by Owens Corning. The option was to upgrade to a newer thicker style. Mark was very up front that it would be and additional $180 if I went with that choice which I did. He was also very up front about the fact that Inland does not work without the proper permits, insurance, construction liens, etc. As we know this is not always the case with contractors. Inland notified us a day ahead of when their crew would begin the work, and they were right on time. The work was started on 6/9 and completed on 6/12. They were a very professional crew, very polite and knew what they were doing. John and Mark from Inland were both on site at times to inspect the work. I am very happy that I chose Inland to do my roof. I really do not have any negatives to list. They did what they said they would do and met all the requirements of the contract. They have a solid reputation, and have been around a lot of years. I feel that if there is a problem down the road, for whatever reason, they would be there to work with me. They have a 5 year workmanship warranty and the Owens Corning lifetime warranty on the shingles. I also had several of their installers thank me for choosing them and you don't get that everyday!- Andrew B.

Alpine Patio ConceptsThe project was done when schedule and completed within 3 days. The crew was professional and personable. Any questions that were asked by us were answered in a professional and courteous manner. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them for any future projects we would have.- Frank A.

I was surprised it only took about 4hours total, even with the last minute change we requested. My biggest concern was not to lose indoor light. Everything turned out beautifully!

They were power washing an apartment complex we live in, when asked if they could temporarily work on another unit of the building so we could leave for our appointment without getting wet we were yelled profanities at They refused to move and continued to water while even we attempted to get out of our garage which was impossible due to the limited space we have in our parking lot. They also had an altercation with an elderly resident who was concerned.

Skyline's designer/field rep Brad came exactly on time to a series of planning meetings with my wife and I, accomodating our schedule and giving very generous time and thought to the project. He came out during construction to give detailed advice on how to take care of our parts of the project and also lent us a power driver and circular saw to supplement our own tools. Dave the owner was responsive to a couple of inquiries and Malina the office person went to great lengths to deal with a delay in issuance of the permit by the overloaded city of CDA. She personally went down to City Hall. The two gents who built the deck were diligent and friendly - took time to explain everything and made a couple of adjustments and refinements to construction while underway. They did a great job and we are thrilled with the deck. I dont know if they are going to continue to let homeowners do some of the work themselves (we laid down the deck boards) but this option saved us a ton of money. We would hire them regardless of the availability of a "do some of it yourself" option.
