"i signed a contract with him in may of 2022 and gave him more than half the money down in june of 2022, he did not start work on it until november of that same year, every thing he did had to be redone the garage floor the stairs the wrong color paint on the exterior I hired a different contractor to finish the work. he told me the paint was unavailible and it was they just had to mix it and I gave him not only the codes but the color name. He did not provide his sub contractors with a print I provided the foundation was put in incorrectly and the lvl closest to the garage door opening was supposed to be thirteen feet on center from the garage opening and it is only eleven feet eleven iches hence the garage door will not open fully and it is going to cost me ten thousand dollars minus tax to raise it into the floor joists to the second floor. He failed to compact my soil and beneath the walk way on the north side sank under the concrete and he indicated when they ripped it out they would compact it, well they did not they just attempted to fill it with concrete. I could go on and on about this job and the incompetance of this contractor, I would just tell you buyer beware."

The large crew always work together along with the boss doing a lot of grunt work himself. They laughed and really seem to enjoy doing their job together as a team. We could not be happier with the driveway that we have waited for for 10 years."

"I had Eric from Hammered LLC come and re hang some interior doors, secure kitchen cabinets and re case my windows and doors another contractor did that I wasn't to happy with. Eric was very professional and didn't bad mouth the other contractor's work or pick it apart. He understood the job at hand better than the other "contractor" and had the patience to deal with a mess someone else left behind. I will be calling Eric to work on ALL my rentals from now on!"

"It's sad to see such good quality work left incomplete. Jeorge came out and gave us a good quote and was really great about getting things started and they did a solid job of getting the plans done and submitting everything with the city and getting inspections done as well. We felt like he listened to us but he did fall short on following through with our agreed cleanup items, he did not put the rocks back up/under our new deck or remove braces for a cement pad he poured and some of the finish work we had talked about on the railing was lacking with wedges in the corners and not treating the lumber like he said he would for weathering conditions as we had talked about leaving it to be more exposed to weather then we had paid and intended the material to be. Overall the deck is really solidly built but he left a lot of things incomplete for finish and finesse work, which we now have to do ourselves...with our own costs and time."
