He had a van and just threw everything in it. The price was kind of high. He was not a very good communicator. He did haul everything I wanted him to. He said he was going to be here at a certain time and showed up when he showed up. I will not use him again in the future.

The owner called to say when he was coming - if he got delayed he would call. He had me walk around to tell and show him what all I wanted done. He also had me check it after to make sure it was done right. One area wasn't finished - was a miscommunication. He came back and did it. He is a hard worker and wants to do it right. Be sure to communicate well about the job to be done and price.
