"They were well equipped, efficient, personable and very professional. They were forthcoming about what they were doing, which is important to me. They cleaned up very well when the job was done. The job took about 3 hours, which was reasonable given that the affected circuit involved a short in the three-way switch and multiple light part of the circuit. They discovered rodent chewing that exposed all three wire strands between the lights in a high slanted ceiling that was directly under the insulation and sheeting for the roof. Job well done!"

"The job was to install a ceiling fan/light unit in each of two bedrooms that had only ceiling light fixtures, and to wire and replace an existing single switch ceiling fan with a dual control switch. Mark came out to do an evaluation and estimate, and I independently bought the new ceiling fan units. Daniel started the work and ran the wiring in the attic; Mark teamed up to assemble the fans and secure their placement. There were a couple of unforeseen glitches, but both men continued to problem solve and finished all three parts of the job by midday of the second day. They were friendly, polite, patient, and considerate about leaving the areas clean. Fans and switches are working fine. The final price for the job was higher than I had hoped for, but with the glitches, it was not quite as simple of an installation as I had previously experienced.
