Came out the next day, plotted the 4 corners as well as staked off an exact perimeter of the property in about 2 hours - walked me through it at the end. Exactly what I was looking for! On top of it, the job went fast and easy, so he took $50 bucks off the bill. I already agreed to more, and the job was done, so I'd say they are a pretty stand up operation. They were also much cheaper than the competitors. Would reccomend them to anyone.

Charles has done a very thorough job in fact he uncovered the fact that the title to our property is not accurate and a significant easement/setback was not included in the title. This setback has a significant impact on our project, which if Charles had not discovered it, could have significantly impacted our building project.

The price was fair, the service was fast and of high quality. I only needed a topographical for our permit but Charles sold me on the benefits of officially establishing the boundary lines and I'm glad he did. A few months later our neighbor planted a row of 10 large arborvitae trees less than three feet from our house. Since we had just had the survey done we were able to document the trees were on our property and deal with the situation. You never know what kind of nut/jerk is going to move in next door, I'm always going to have a survey done when I buy a house in the future.
