He was punctual and provided us information about what would need to be done. He stated that he would provide us with an estimate that evening. I waited, but the estimate never came. I called the following week to see the status of the estimate. They stated that they were busy, but I should have it by now and would email it ASAP. After a second week, I called again. They said they would get it to me again. After the third week, I called again and was told the same thing.
