"Exchanged messages with Mike to describe work needed, replace an outdoor faucet and shutoff value (previous faucet was leaking). He gave an estimate, reviewed work to be done. Replaced outdoor spigot with a frost-proof spigot, put on new value. Quick test and validation. Professional, efficient and happy with work done! Thank you Mike !"

"I needed to bring my water heater pipes up to code, install a stainless steel lining system, relay a new cement crown, waterproof the entire chimney and reseal the flashing. My initial meeting was 6/1 with Juan who patiently answered all my questions. Although I had 2 lower estimates, I was so impressed with Juan, I decided to go with Shamrock which offered lifetime warranty for the liner and 10 year warranties for the rest. No tax financing for 12 months was a big plus for me. I scheduled my job for 6/12 and was told by Katie that it would either be done by Juan or Chuck, master technician and it would take about 5-6 hours. Chuck and Brian arrived 11:44 am within the 45 mins arrival time that Katie had texted me. Efficient, courteous and respectful, they completed the job in about 2 hours! I appreciate Chuck's recommendation for maintenance work for my chimney that may be needed in 1-2 years. I wanted the BEST and I got it!"

"Adam and his team did an amazing job on completing a backyard fence for my family. He was hardworking and detailed with the work. Kept me updated through every step of the way from the permit process, ordering materials and check-ins as the build was happening. Our fence is great! He also completed a custom railing and gate to attach to our existing deck. Will definitely be using we do it all again for future projects."

"Got a reasonable quote for a professional job. Had a fireplace insert installed. My contact was very knowledgeable and respectful. Kept everything clean during and after. Great crew."

"It was excellent! He was very efficient, very passionate about the work and he started and finished in a reasonable amount of time."

"Everything went wonderfully with this company.  They were very professional, listened to exactly what my problem was, and explained to me how they were going to diagnose the problem and/or solve it before doing any actual work.  Once they started, the team (three people came) worked together like a well-oiled machine.  One was in the room with diagnostics, one was at the fuse box looking for possible problems there, and the third went into the crawlspace beneath our house to look at the physical wiring.  Once the problem was found (there was a faulty wire beneath the house that had come loose from the junction box), it was fixed and tested within minutes and another full diagnostic was done to make sure there were no other possible issues.  They cleaned up after themselves very neatly.  They also replaced the light switch with a dimmer switch at no extra cost!  Well within my budget, and came in even lower than their original (FREE) estimate!  I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the Bergen County area.

"Those guys were amazing to see work. Evan is very good at at his craft. I had reached out to other companies, and these guys were very empathetic, friendly, knowledgable, workhorses, and understanding... they made sure our chimney was safe from water, gases, and in good condition to enjoy it for a long time during winter months. Thank you so much Evan and Tommy. Cheers!"
