"It was easy to communicate with Manny, and his emergency repair to my leaky happened so quickly, even for the end of November. He sent pictures of the roof hours after I first contacted CL Exteriors, I was quite surprised! I am recommending his business for repair of the entire roof and also the roof replacement of the other 2 buildings in our condo association. He promptly checked them out and sent estimates for the association to review. I am very impressed with CL Exteriors."

"Chris was very polite and seemed personable and professional when we interviewed him for the job. He and his helpers were on the ball about getting the project completed in an emergency situation, however on the final day of the project he said the job was completed when he and another worker installed some upper kitchen cabinets in about 3 hours, when it was actually left unfinished. His hourly rate was quoted at $35 per hour; he really didn't give us a quote for the entire project. He charged us 8 hours per person that day, as well as a number of other days, whether they were there 3 hours or 8. Also, after some demolition we discovered this project was covered by insurance and we found that his repair costs rose dramatically when he knew insurance was paying for it. He did return to finish up the trim work and cabinets when I called and complained. For these reasons we won't recommend or hire him again."
