"I initially, was reluctant to use this service, because they had zero reviews.....but took a chance and decided to give them a try. I received the pre-service e-mail confirmation along with a 2nd notification, on the day of the project. Unfortunately, my pro never showed up. I did not receive a call or an e-mail as you might expect to advise of a change along with an apology, for wasting my time. I had to reach out to this company to advise that my pro was an hr late and was wanting to cancel. I reached out a 2nd time to officially cancel at the 2 hr mark, as it was too late to start such a big project. Jeff in customer service was very helpful in getting the process of my refund started, and offered an apology. I will not use them again they are unreliable."

You should declutter first, then clean, especially when sorting through an entire estate. Decluttering reduces the number of items to clean and clears space to make cleaning easier. Once all items, such as large furniture, are relocated, you'll be able to clean efficiently. You can also hire a move-out cleaner to do a professional deep clean before you sell the home.

If you don’t want to use dishwasher pods, you can use liquid or powder dishwasher detergent or dishwasher tablets. Alternatively, you can make a DIY dish detergent by putting two or three drops of liquid dishwashing soap in the dispenser and filling the rest with baking soda. You should never use laundry detergent, household all-purpose cleaners, or a full dispenser of liquid dish detergent.
