Description of Work: This company installed a radon mitigation system in my house. They were recommended by a home inspector. The work was not done to code. They did electrical work without a permit in a city where only licensed electricians are supposed to touch electricity, and when we called them on it, it was very difficult to get them to redo the work to code. I would not recommend this company.

Description of Work: We recently had a radon test done that had failed. Joel had previously installed a radon abatement system, so I wanted him to come look at the system. Turns out the system was fine and needed just some cracks filled in. However, I was treated as a last priority and not a client at all. First we scheduled for a Friday afternoon (taking time off) and he never showed up and did not answer any phone calls that day. Finally we rescheduled for the next Thursday afternoon (again, taking time off from work). Again, he did no show up and did not receive a phone call. Got a text at 7 PM that he was headed home and we'd need to reschedule again. Rescheduled for the next Saturday morning, but the day before he had to cancel because someone else needed an inspection done. At this point I had been "ditched" 3 times, with poor communication. Treated as if I was not a customer, even though I would have paid for the services if not covered under the warranty of the system he had installed. Ended up going with another provider who fixed the issue first trip.
