"Savannah did a wonderful job cleaning for me. I work full time and I’m in school so it’s hard to find time to do stuff around the house, and honestly in my free time it’s the last thing I want to do. She was very professional and very obviously more than qualified. I would certainly hire her to clean for me in the future!"

Hi, I am a 33 year old woman looking for a house or 2 to clean. I am trustworthy, honest, and attentive. I like to clean the house physically and energetically with different tools to really renew the environment. I specialize in disinfecting. I do well at turning your home into a clean and positive space. I can deep clean, clear clutter, and organize. I've cleaned garages, house staging prep, and during renovations. I need open and honest communication and be able to work in my own space. Thank you

"John and crew did an excellent job with the exterior of our 1860’s Greek Revival home. The home has a brand you look. They also painted the interior bedrooms and added a shiplap ceiling and accent wall to primary suite as well as reconfiguration of a closet. It really looks great and we are adding more projects for this crew to complete. Definitely recommend for timely and professional service."

Window Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Solar screens are low-maintenance but benefit from occasional cleaning with mild soap and water. Avoid using harsh chemicals or pressure washing, as these can damage the mesh. Inspect screens annually for tears or loose frames to maintain performance. In dusty or coastal areas, more frequent cleaning may be necessary to prevent buildup.

The easiest way to remove window decals is to soak the area in hot, soapy water. Let it sit for 15 minutes before scraping it with a plastic scraper or the edge of a credit card. You can also remove window decals with white vinegar, rubbing alcohol, or applying heat from a hairdryer or steam cleaner.

Yes, professional window cleaning is worth the investment. Regular deep cleanings help keep your windows looking new, extend their lifespan, and boost your home's curb appeal. By removing dirt, dust, and other debris, you can reduce the risk of damage and accelerated wear to window frames and components. It also improves your home’s energy efficiency by keeping insulation and weatherstripping in good working order, potentially lowering your energy bills. Furthermore, annual or bi-annual cleanings can help identify problems like leaks or cracks early, before they escalate into expensive water damage. You can often recuperate the cost of cleaning through energy savings and by avoiding premature window replacement.

Professional window cleaners typically use either a white vinegar solution or a commercial hard water stain remover to clean hard water stains on windows. A common vinegar solution for this purpose consists of one cup of white vinegar mixed with a gallon of distilled or bottled water. The pro will spray the mixture and lightly scrub the window with a scrubby pad before cleaning with a standard cleaning solution. Alternatively, they may use a commercially available hard water stain remover and a scrubby pad, followed by a complete cleaning.

No, but removing window screens will achieve a deeper clean. If you aren’t sure how to remove your screens, you can still clean them while in your window. You can follow the same cleaning steps, but you may not be able to get into corners or struggle to clean the entire screen if the window is up high.
