My service is very wide ranged. I have many clients that just have me do virtually everything from here fall and spring clean up to taking care of there pool aan anything that might come about. Such as a roof jog or a garage they want built. Generally it is only me doing the work but from time to time I might have a helper. I tend to work time and materials but will give bids on jobs. Tends to work out to be a higher number. It's hard to forsee every possibilty in the job. I tend to bill on a weekly basis but if discussed, i will do sooner or when job is complete.

Work took 4 weeks and in the meantime, his guys were filling the dumpster with all their junk! The roof leaked through the winter, every time it would rain, our inside was being damaged! Now trying to recoup some money after I had to have another company repair and Sean has not returned any phone calls, emails, text! Even from the Better Business Bureau! Don’t bother hiring these guys!"

The labor is more intensive for a thatched roof than other roof materials, so your contractor will work longer and charge more for the installation.
