He mounted the dish without drilling through my new roof, which might have voided my roof warranty, Also, he mounted the dish in a location where it is easy for me to brush the snow off it in winter. I appreciate his knowledge and thoughtfulness. Also, they didn't charge me to re-install the dish."

"Our panels are working flawlessly, producing electricity for our house and to power up a car for most of our driving. Trackers are great. They follow the sun and when vertical, they shed snow. "They only charge a flat rate for any basic service so if the AC goes out i call them and they charge a flat rate to service it. If it has to be replaced they pay up to a certain amount and if it goes over i pay a prorated fee."
