"I was very impressed with the installer who was sent. He mounted the dish without drilling through my new roof, which might have voided my roof warranty, Also, he mounted the dish in a location where it is easy for me to brush the snow off it in winter. I appreciate his knowledge and thoughtfulness. Also, they didn't charge me to re-install the dish."

"Our panels are working flawlessly, producing electricity for our house and to power up a car for most of our driving. Trackers are great. They follow the sun and when vertical, they shed snow. Our neighbors have roof mounts. Their panels are covered for days after a snowstorm when ours are clear and working. It was a good decision. Solaflect is a wonderful company. "They only charge a flat rate for any basic service so if the AC goes out i call them and they charge a flat rate to service it. If it has to be replaced they pay up to a certain amount and if it goes over i pay a prorated fee."
