I contacted the number listed on his business card, texted, emailed, and sent a message through the home advisor site, even contacted the person managing my search through Home Advisor, and no luck?! I'm not sure what happened, but I am disappointed that he never got back to me. I hired another contractor."

They cleaned up beautifully and they did exactly what they said they would. Their staff members were exactly what I expected. They were good, polite and nice to work with. I was very happy with them and I was happy enough to take a box of doughnuts down each morning to share with them. They were doing a good job and working extra hard under very difficult conditions. It was expensive because I wanted all the bells and whistles. I had a significant problem but their solution to the problem was far more comprehensive than anyone else that I got into to look at. They took it far more seriously and identified a basement wall that needed reinforcing. I was pleased with the entire proposal. I got lower quotes but did not feel that other people understood the problem as well. I got the value for money because I really don’t know how they could have done it for less when I saw what was involved."
