"Pat came to my home - quite a way out from his location, for an estimate on a basement project. I was satisfied with the information and attention to detail he had to offer on what would need to be addressed for the project. I asked that if it was possible to please send me an estimate by Monday due to a timeline I had to make a decision by. He stated the he would try for Sunday. It's Thursday and I never did receive an estimate. I contacted the number listed on his business card, texted, emailed, and sent a message through the home advisor site, even contacted the person managing my search through Home Advisor, and no luck?!
