Description of Work: Lynn in particular was superb. Expert, responsive, imaginative, and tuned in to what I needed for my my wife. All the staff there are very professional. This was the third time I used Jewelry by Design for a major purchase; I also used them for appraisals of items already owned. They were so professional and responsive every time I visited that I did not go to the bother of price comparison with other shops.
