Jewelry By Designs is a full service jewelry design and repair company based in Woodbridge, Virginia. Our showcases are filled with beautiful jewelry for every style and budget. We have a full design studio where we specialize in custom jewelry design, particularly engagement rings and wedding sets. Our friendly staff includes 2 full-time jewelers, a watch technician and an American Gem Society Certified Appraiser. We carry many brands including Pandora, Alex and Ani, Hearts On Fire, LeVian, Gabriel and Effy.

It was done quickly - I was in and out in 10 minutes. Because the watch was a gift and their brand, there was no charge. However, it would have been $10.

The first time I brought it in the work was perfectly done. The diamond was re mounted and the ring looked amazing. The second visit (a few years apart I should mention) was not as smooth. I brought the same ring back for a break in the band itself and also paid for an overall tightening up of the smaller diamonds as well as the primary diamond. While the break was fixed nicely, a week or two later I noticed that several of the smaller diamonds were missing. This was strange to me as I just paid to have everything tightened up. I brought the ring back and after some back and for the, JBD took the ring back and replaced the missing diamonds.

The repair broke 2 weeks later. The jewelry bought there is good but I would go somewhere else for repairs.
