"Travis and Chris were a great team and did an amazing job bringing our guest bath out of the 80's and into a beautiful modern space. Travis worked with my husband and me on our design vision and helped us pick out materials to complete the renovation. From there, we made a deposit and scheduled a date. This was a complete bathroom overhaul that required all new fixtures. When they tore up the carpet (yes, carpet) in the bathroom they found that the floor was half the cement foundation and half wood subfloor, which made for an uneven surface not ideal for laying tile. Travis quickly came up with a solution that allowed us to level out the floor and put down the tile we wanted. This delayed the project slightly, but it was well worth it to have a beautiful finished product. Each evening Travis and Chris cleaned up the space as much as possible and were very respectful in our house. I would definitely hire Graham Restoration for our next project and look forward to working with them again!

When they came out for the second estimate. it was very easy to work with Kevin because we had already established a good rapport. They did a good job on what I hired them to do. It was a high pressure sale where if I called anyone else, the price would not be good. I won't use them again because I don't want to engage in that. I don't know about their price because he wouldn't let me ask anybody else. They came when they were supposed to and I never had to call them back for anything."
