"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

"The first cleaning corrected all of the areas that the prior cleaner had missed or maybe never even thought to clean. Now they maintain weekly. They are very professional. We had one minor problem and the cleaner left me a note and then the owner, Tina, reacted immediately and corrected the problem with a great attitude. I don’t worry about anything now they just take care of everything at a fair price. Tina is a pleasure to do business with and she is very knowledgeable about her craft. She actually taught me a few things about the right way to clean. I was shocked at the new appearance of my stainless steel refrigerator and even my light fixtures, big commercial windows and walls. Will use her forever."

"Overall the cleaning was okay but the cost was too high for biweekly cleaning so I went with another company. When that company didn’t work out I called Mery to see if she would negotiate on the price and we settled on $90 and a start date of 2 Oct. I asked that she send me a copy of her driver license and if the address was different, send me her home address so I may have on file as I would not be home when she accessed my home. She said she would then I heard nothing. So I reached out twice more and nothing. Shady business."
