He made several trips (always punctual) out to the country to pickup and return furniture, and also to deliver fabric books and samples for our clear vinyl slipcovers. We had minor glitches as he was unexpectedly called out of the country for a family emergency, but in his absence, I was contacted to let me know the reason for the delay. Then, Covid-19 hit and he was in protective covering when he delivered our last piece of furniture.
